Jackie qualified as a midwife in 1991 and has worked at the same maternity hospital in Sydney ever since. Jackie has a daughter who was breastfed, initially with difficulty, and gave her insight into how difficult it can be even when one of the participants has a lot of knowledge. She loves helping mothers and babies learn to breastfeed and did the lactation course this year to update her skills.  Jackie works in all areas in maternity and just prior to the exam was fortunate to be able to cover for the lactation service for 6 weeks on a part-time basis, ably assisted by her skilled colleagues.

Jackie Lives in NSW, Australia.

Louise Dimmock McLeod is a midwife at a rural referral hospital in NSW where she enjoys working in all areas of the maternity unit, assisting families with their transition to parenthood. Since first sitting 'The Exam' 10 years ago (to keep her sister happy), Louise has become a Community Educator with the Australian Breastfeeding Association. ABA is where she has learnt to look for horses, not zebras.

Louise lives in Taree in NSW, Australia, with her husband and daughter.
